Store Closures FAQ’s

Q. What should I do if I have purchased gift vouchers from a PULP store which has closed?

Don’t panic. Post your gift vouchers to Van Gaver House, 48-50 Brigford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AP along with the following details:
  • Name
  • Location vouchers were purchased
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
We will generate a special code for you to redeem your vouchers on our online store www.thisispulp.co.uk
and we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to let you know what your code is.

Q. What is the returns policy for products purchased at a store which has closed? 

If you need to return or exchange an item and your local store has closed please send the item and proof of purchase to . Clearly state whether you require an exchange or refund and remember to include your name, address & contact number. The cost of postage will be refunded also.

Please note the item must be returned in a saleable condition. If the item is faulty please list fault.
For further details on returns please email service@thisispulp.co.uk We are also offering free delivery to the surrounding postcodes of stores which has closed from 1st Dec until 31st December 2011.

Please note your billing and postal address must be close to a previous PULP location to qualify for this.

Simply type in the code PULPFREEDEL at checkout. No minimum spend.
